Lagos Police Launch Investigation into Death of Son of Former Military Governor, Mudasiru

The Lagos State Police Command has launched investigations into the accident that resulted in the death of Laolu, the first son of former military governor of Lagos State, Gbolahan Mudashiru.

The 68 year old Mudasiru who was Deputy Managing Director of Vetiva Capital was cycling with two other persons when the incident occurred.

The other two persons are said to be receiving treatment.

Confirming the death, Spokesman for the Lagos State Police Command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, said, “ it was a hit-and-run fatal motor accident. The vehicle make and driver are are yet unknown.

“Effort is ongoing to track down the fleeing driver. Investigation is in progress, and we have not make any arrest.”
