2 Rivers commissioners resign
RIVERS POLITICAL CRISIS: TWO NEW COMMISSIONERS RESIGN FROM FUBARA’S ADMINISTRATION.
PRES:
Two Commissioners in Rivers state have resigned citing toxic work environment as reason.
OOV:
They are the commissioners for Education,Prof Chinedu Mmom and Dr Gift Worlu for Housing.
Both commissioners were nominated and appointed by former governor and minister of FCT, Nyesom Wike into the cabinet of incumbent governor Siminalayi Fubara.
These two resignations are coming on the heels of many others who have resigned following the lingering political crisis in Rivers state which led the burning of the hallowed chamber of the state House of assembly last October.
The latest resignation was that of the former Attorney general and Commissioner for Justice,Prof Zaccheaus Adangor.
