President Bola Tinubu is set to join other Heads of state and government in Bissau, Guinea-Bissau, tomorrow to commemorate the country’s 50th independence anniversary and Armed Forces Day.

The president’s special adviser on media and publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, in a statement said that it follows the President’s week-long engagement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he participated in the Saudi-Africa summit held on November 10.

The celebration, which was originally scheduled to take place on September 24, 2023 was rescheduled to Thursday, November 16, 2023.

Ngelale noted that the president is expected to return to Nigeria tomorrow after the celebration.
