The Presidential Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar has said the dismissal of the PDP’s suit at the Supreme Court is not a setback for his quest for justice.
In a tweet today, Atiku insisted that his legal team are primed to prove that the election of February 25 that produced President-Elect, Bola Tinubu was fraudulent and did not comply with the constitutional requirements.
He however, urged his supporters to exercise patience and conduct themselves peaceably as they conduct the litigation at the presidential election tribunal court.
The PDP in its suit argued that shettima’s dual nomination, was in gross breach of the provisions of the electoral act, 2022, as amended, thereby praying the court to nullify Tinubu and Shettima’s candidacy.
