President-elect Tinubu conferred with GCFR highest honour in Nigeria

President-elect, Bola Tinubu, has been conferred the highest honour in Nigeria, Grand Commander of the Order of the Federal Republic, GCFR.

Also, Vice President-elect, Kashim Settima, was decorated as Grand Commander of the Order of the Niger, GCON.

The conferment took place during the investiture ceremony held in Aso Villa Abuja.

The event is part of the activities lined up for the May 29 inauguration ceremony.

After the investiture, there would be the handover of transition documents to Tinubu and Shettima.
