1. Bola Tinubu has questionable character, highly corrupt, fraudster and father of hoodlums in Lagos State, the Late Chief Gani Fawehinmi (SAN) sued Bola TInubu for lying under Oat. During the 1999 Lagos State governorship election, Bola Tinubu ran under the Alliance for Democracy, he filled the INEC form and stated he attended Govermnet College, Ibadan, St. Paul’s Primary School, Aroloya, Lagos Island which were all lies. Bola Tinubu also lied under Oath, he swore an affidavit that he lost his school credentials when Nigerian army invaded his house in 1993. We will like to know who his father is, his mother, his school mates, his principal, headmaster or headmistress because it has been generating controversy.
2. Bola Tinubu aka Bob Chicago is also known of his real is Yekini Amoda Ogunlere. He is from Iragbaji town in Osun State that is what is contained in his Primary and Secondary School Certificate. He claimed he attended Chicago State University, the bearer of the certificate is a female on the school record, he claimed he attended Government College Lagos, Yaba, which was established in 1974 by Brigadier Gen. Mobolaji Johnson, the military administrator of Lagos State. He does not have any certificate, it is all forgery. In Wikipedia, he claimed his date of birth was March 29, 1952, which is 72 years old but his real age is March 29, 1935. He claims he worked with a reputable accounting firm, auditing tax, advising consulting at Arthur Anderson Deloitte Company, Chicago, USA, but they was no record to prove he worked there.
3. Bola Tinubu is the Chairman of Compass Finance & Investment Company LLC, Chicago, Illinois, USA. The names of Directors of the company: Mueez Adegboyega (Late) and Abiodun Olasuyi Agboola drug baron network with high profile drug Lord Pablo Emilo Escobar, the head of Medell Drug Cartel of Columbian. Bola Tinubu was his ally in the 80s and 90s, supplying narcotics to the West African region with his drug cartel.

On 26th July 1993, a Court Judgment docketed USA District Court Northern Illinois, Chicago, USA, indicted Bola Tinubu for drug trafficking, money laundery and other related criminal cases by Deputy Clerk of the Court Thomas O. Burton with certified true copy and has been gazetted as the public documents in USA ordering forfeiture of $460,000.
7. On April 10, 1985, Major General Muhammud Buhari’s administraton sentenced the following names: Bernard Ogedegbe 30 years, Bartholomew Owoh 29 years, and Lawal Ojuolade under decree 20 for illegal posession of Cocaine which stipulated death penalty by firing squad. This present administration is a lawless government, does not respect the Rule of Law, violating human right institutions, violating democratic processes, if this following mentioned personalities and public officers can conceal to criminal conspiracy clearing Bola Tinubu as APC presidential flag bearer who has been fully indicted as a drug baron by United States of America in the United Nations Charter under United Nations Drug and Crime, European Charter, African Union Charter, ECOWAS Charter, No Drug Baron can become a president of a soverigin state, it shows that democracy and democratic institutions are murdered automatically he is disqualified. 10. Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, Chairman, Independent National Electoral Commission, violated the Electoral Act signed by President Muhammadu Buhari, passed to Law by the Upper House & the Lower House of the National Assembly and all political parties in Nigeria agreed to the new electoral act. He addressed the international communities and international electoral bodies that 2023 General Election result will be uploaded electronically in 176,606 voting units to the INEC result viewing portal through the Bi-modal Verification System (BVAS) in real time. He violated a section of the Electoral Act that stated that the commission will also upload polling unit level result (Form EC8A) and the accreditation data to the INEC result viewing portal. This is also a mandatory provision of section 50, 60 & 64 of the Electoral Act 2022.
11. The Nigeria 2023 general election, of six geo-political zones in Nigeria, the cost was 355 billion naira which is outrageous and turned out to be the worst conducted election since the inception of democracy in Nigeria. Engr. Chidi Nwafor was the Director of ICT, INEC Headquarters, he was redeployed on 12th February, 2023 to Enugu State and they employed a consultant, Mr. Farouk, with their criminal conspiracy to rig the election which was so glaring. On 24th February, 2023, a day to the presidential election, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, flew with Bola Tinubu’s private jet from Abuja to Tinubu’s residence in Ikoyi, Lagos.
12. The international observers that came to observe Nigeria general election on 25th February, 2023, the Presidential, Senatorial, Federal House of Representative, and on 18th March, 2023 the governorship, state house of assembly elections; the following personalities, H.E. Thabo Mbeki, Chairperson, Commonwealth Observer Group, Mrs Charlotte Kesson Smith Osei, Chairperson, United Nations Observer Group, Barry Andrews MEP, EU Head Observer Group, Frances Fitzgerald MEP and others described it as the worst election below international standard. The election attracted fraud, manipulation, criminal conspiracy by security state actors, political hoodlums of ethnic profile killing, burning of igbo-owned shops, disenfranchisment Igbos and other ethnic groups by the political hoodlums of Lagos State Parks and Garage Management/ members of National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) headed by Musliu Akinsanya (aka MC Oluomo) who is also a member of

All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council was also given the contract by Independent National Electoral Commission for transport and logistics, was expelled from NURTW by Alhaji Tajudeen Baruwa, National President, NURTW, for gross misconduct, Mustaphha Adekunle (aka Sego), HRM Oba Sulaimon Adeshina Raji (aka Jafo Authority) Oni Iba of Iba Kingdom, Seyi Bamgbose, membr of Road Ttransport Employers Associaion of Nigeria (RTEAN). The Lagos State Government with their criminal agenda of 2023 general election disbanded NURTW and RTEAN who are affiliates of Nigeria Labour Congress and Trade Union Congress. On the 18th of April, 2023, Vanguard publication, the National Industrial Court, nullified Lagos Park administrators which was set up by Lagos State Government and reinstated RTEAN. On 25th February, 2023, during the Presidential election, they placed an Oro traditional curfew to disenfranchise, beat up, stabbed, harrassed, intimidated and killed the Igbos and non-indegenes. Mr. Musiliu Akinsanya (a.k.a MC Oluomo) is the head of the dreaded National Union of Road Transport Workers – a well-organized and decentralized band of touts and local gangs that operate conspiciously in Lagos. Prior to the Lagos state governornship election, he had publicly warned individuals from the Igbo ethnic group about severe consequences should they show up on election day to vote against his ethnic interest. His hate speech which was highly publicized and available in the public domain, was made before his cheering gang of political supporters in Lagos. While the serious threat evident from Mr. Akinsanya’s speech was reported to the security agencies in Nigeria, no effort was made by the authorities to address his threat or protect the individuals threatened. Rather, in an interview with the Channels TV, the spokesperson for the Nigerian Police dismissed the speech as a “joke”. However, the threat did materialize on March 18th during and after the governorship election when individuals from the Igbo ethnic group and other individuals that ‘looked like them’ were specifically targeted and attacked, resulting in severe fatalities and casualties.

(c) On 8th March, 2023 around 1:00am a popular Igbo auto spare parts market at Olodi Apapa, Ajegunle was set ablaze and a security guard was killed by suspected APC hoodlums. Goods wort billions of naira was lost.

(e) On 30th March, 2023, A popular Igbo market, Olowu Spare Parts market, Ikeja, Lagos was burnt down by APC political thugs, millions of Naira was lost.
(f) On 28th March, 2023, a 5 storey shopping plaza of 580 shops, balogun market, Lagos Island, was burnt down all suspected to be perpetrated by APC hoodlums.
(g) On Sunday, 30th April, 2023, a work free day, Igbo houses in Ajao Estate was demolished.

13. On 26th February, 2023, Alhassan Ado Doguwa, the APC majority leader of the 9th Assembly representing Doguwa/Tundun Wada Federal Consitituency, Kano State was arrested by Kano state Police Command for the political role he played by using political suspected hoodlums to set ablaze the Office of the Independent National Electoral Commission in the Takail Local Govermerment Area, killing three supporters of NNPP during the violence. He was charged for murder and was remanded in prison.
14. Hon. Rotimi Amaechi, a former, Minister of Transportation and also a member of All Progressives Congress, said on national dailes, that the National Chairman of INEC, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu is from Bola Tinubu’s camp. On 23rd March, 2023 on Nigeria news paper publication, the Chief Justice of the Federation, Olukayode Ariwoola was sighted in London pretending to be physically challenged old man on the wheel chair to have a secret meeting with Bola Tinubu. Mr Fani-Kayode is a prominent politician and a former Federal Minister of Aviation in Nigeria. Following the presidential election and prior to the Lagos state governorship election, Mr. Bayo Onanuga, Spokesperson of All Progressives Congress (APC) and Mr. Fani- Kayode resorted to inciting ethnic hate against members of the Igbo ethnic group as a tool to achieve his political and ideological interests. In a widely publicized column in the media, which had a clear objective of inciting ethnic hate against the Igbos, Mr. Fani-Kayode made incendiary remarks against the group. He made the statement knowing fully well its potential to threaten and result in violence against members of this group, especially in the light of the political and social tension in the country at the time od the publication. Mr. Fani-Kayode incited ethnic hate against this target group writing: “[w]e gave them land, food and shelter and now they want to take everything from us and rule over us. While this statement standing alone was not the sole factor responsible for the organized violent attack against members of the Igbo ethnic group, it did contribute to the ethnic hate that culminated in the violence against the group during and after the Lagos state

15. On 25th February, 2023, Former President Goodluck Jonathan who is currently United Nations Peace Ambassador and international electoral observer was highly disappointed in his polling unit in Yenagoa, Bayelsa state, he condemned the process, stating that materials arrived very late, that other countries where he monitors election, that acreditation starts by 8:30am and voting ends by 1:00pm. But he arrived 9:00am and voted at around 12:00noon which too much time wastage. Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, the presidential candidate of New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) complained bitterly at his polling unit in Kano State, he voted by 1:00pm and expressed his bitterness on late arrival of materials while addressing the press. This 2023 Presidential Election is the worst election in the history of Nigeria and is below international standard; late arrival of materials was recorded in most parts of Nigeria; Kano State, Jigawa State, Yobe State, Kaduna State, Delta State, Rivers State, Abuja and the eastern region. For example, most parts of the eastern region conducted the election on 26th February, 2023 which was on Sunday, in Abuja, they voted till around midnight, people volunteered their generator for lighting.
16. At the INEC National Collation Centre in Abuja, where all party agents and international observers were present, in the current electoral act being passed by Muhammadu Buhari, there is a portion of election violence that attracts jail terms. The state resident electoral officers, the state returning officers and the state security actors under the leadership of Prof. Mahmood Yakubu did not discuss about election violence, killing, snatching of BVAS machine/ballot box, they were all exonerated. From 25th February, 2023 till 1st March, 2023, the INEC server they conducted the presidential election on was shut down, the INEC National Chairman, violated a section of the Electoral Act that stated that the commission will also upload polling unit level result (Form EC8A) and the accreditation data to the INEC result viewing portal. This is also a mandatory provision of section 50, 60 & 64 of the Electoral Act 2022. The INEC Chairman used third party device manually upload the presidential result by rigging it and shifting the victory to Bala Ahmed Tinubu by reducing the figures of Peter Obi, the prsidential candidate of Labour Party in all 36 states of Nigeria and brought an unacceptable result: Bola Tinubu of APC = 8,794,726 votes; Atiku Abubakar of PDP = 6,984,520 votes; Peter Obi of LP = 6,984,520 votes; Rabiu Kwankwaso of NNPP = 1,496,687. Will a rightful sensible human being announce the presidential election result on the 1st March, 2023 by 4:00am? The INEC Chairman delcared Tinubu winner of 2023 general

election by awarding him certificate of return. We are in a digital age, the network providers of this 2023 presidential election is Amazon computer company, USA. They have the real result in the orbit and on INEC portal. Peter Obi, presidential candidate of Labour Party won the election with 19 states including 25% in the Federal Capital Territory and he has 25% of 8 states, Atiku Abubakar of PDP won with 12 states did not have 25% in FCT, Abuja, Tinubu won 12 states, without 25% in FCT, Abuja. Hope Uzodimma, Governor of Imo State, rigged the presidential election for Tinubu in Imo State but Labour party won Imo State. El-Rufai, Governor of Kaduna State, rigged the election for Tinubu, Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, Governor of Rivers State, rigged the election for Tinubu where Labour won, in Benue State, Labour party won but it was rigged in favour of Tinubu of APC. Governor Umahi of Ebonyi State rigged the presidential election in favour of Tinubu of APC. In Akwa-Ibom, Governor Udom Gabriel rigged the election in favour of Atiku Abubakar of PDP. On 18th March, 2023 governorship election, there was not election in Lagos State, it was full of violence; in Rivers State, Labour Party won the govenorship election but was rigged out, in Enugu, Benue, Ebonyi states Labour won but was rigged out. Abia State Returning Officer, Prof. Nnenna Oti, Vice Chancellor of Federal University of Technology, Owerri after three days stood on her grounds amidst being pressured to manipulate the result but declared the rightful winner, Alex Otti of Labour Party. Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of Peoples Democratic Party has been calling for the annulment of the election, he never claimed he won the election.

17. On 17th April, 2023, Premium Times online publication revealed the candidate of the Labour Party won the 25th February presidential election in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State according to results uploaded on the INEC result viewing portal (IREV). On 18th March, 2023, Adamawa state governorship suplementary election, Yunusah Hudu Ari, Adamawa State Resident Electoral Commissioner, violated the electoral process by declaring Senator Dahiru Ahmed of APC winner without electoral result sheet, it was not his duty to declare it, it was the returning officer that was meant to declare the winner. This has shown the criminal conspiracy of the state security actors CP Afolabi Adeniyi of Adamawa State and DSS Officer collected bribe of N2,000,000,000 (Two Billion Naira). Yunusah Hudu Ari has been arrested and the Commissioner of Police was exonerated. They later declared Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of PDP the winner and Certificate of return was given to him.
18. On 12th April, 2023, the British Immigration officials at Heathro Airport, harrased Peter Obi, and interrogated him with claims that he is being impersonated. Peter

Obi has lived in the UK, schooled in the UK without any criminal record, he has investment in the UK, Next International. The impersonation of Peter Obi is a criminal agenda of APC and Nigerian state actors. On 3rd March, 2023, Federal Court of Appeal granted Peter Obi of Labour Party, Atiku Abubakar of People’s Democratic Party to inspect the electoral materials at the Independent National Electoral Commission Office (INEC). INEC disobeyed the court order with great impunity of refusal, neglecting and failing to obey the Court order of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja.

19. The following mentioned courts: (1) International Criminal Court, Hague (2) African Court on Human Rights, Gambia (3) ECOWAS Court of Justice, Abuja (4) OHCHR, Geneva (5) European Human Rights Court, France; to investigate the ethnically motivated violence in the last Nigerian election, at least for three reasons:
    First, there are clear indications that the individuals expressly mentioned in this petition to The Court and as well as others whose involvement will become apparent from further investigation, continue to see members of the targeted ethnic group as a threat to their political and ideological interests. If these individuals are not persecuted, their impunity will motivate further plan for a ‘final solution’ to their perceived threat from the targeted ethnic group. If this were to happen, Nigeria and the world will witness an ethnically motivated genocide that will be worse than what we witnessed in Rwanda and Burundi.
    Second, the domestic institutions in Nigeria have become corrupt and inept, and hence unable to hold the individuals who directly and indirectly planned, organized and incited this ethnically motivated violence. As at the time of writing, there is no record of any person that has been arrested or charged for their involvement in these violent attacks. In fact, no government agency in Nigeria has released any data on the fatalities arising from these attacks. May The Court be reminded that even when the threat of violence from Mr. Akinsanya and his gangs was reported to the Nigeria Police, they dismissed it as a joke and failed to take any positive step to address the threat.
    Third, the threat from the ethnically motivated violence arising from the Nigeria elections is a continuing threat, and if those responsible are not identified and prosecuted, the threat will become a more serious threat impacting global peace and security.
    Fourth, the Igbos have lost confidence in the state of Nigeria, they are in bondage both economically and they are being marginalized. Nnamdi Kanu, Leader of IPOB, has been discharged and acquited by Federal Court of Appeal but the Nigeria state

is still holding him in captivity. Peter Obi of Labour Party won the presidential election of 2023 but was denied his victory. The Igbos are asking for our own sovereign country, Biafra, they were denied. We have called on the attention of the United Nations and international communities for a Referandum, they kept criminal silence. The Nigerian state actors and Islamic jihadists are invading the Igbo land, raping the women, kidnapping for ransom, killing in Igbo land, the United Nations and international communities are silent about it.
Fifth, Bola Tinubu did not win the 2023 presidential general election, he did not meet up with the constitutional requirement to become president of Nigeria. If Bola Tinubu is being sworn in on 29th May, 2023, democracy will die a natural death globally. A drug baron with questionable character, a man without certificate, name scam, age scam, physically unfit, his running mate is an Islamic Jihadist terrorist. It will be very dangerous for an impostor president to hand over to a drug baron and a terrorist. The agenda is to Islamize Nigeria and kill Christians.
We appeal to Amazon Company LLC USA, United States Government, International Human Rights, global world leaders, international democratic institutions, international anti-narcotic organizations, international parliamentary to read this petition on the floor of the house during their session and other relevant officers to investigate the mentioned allegations.
