President Muhammadu Buhari has begged those who he may have offended during the course of his eight year tenure for forgiveness.
The President made the remark at the ninth and final Sallah homage held at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The President who counted himself lucky for serving Nigeria as Governor, Minister, head of state and now president for two terms also thanked Nigerians for tolerating him.
Earlier, Buhari had boasted about leaving a legacy of transparent and fair elections in the country.
