The recent elections in Adamawa was a return to the dark ages for Nigeria. It is akin to the wild Wild West of the 70s in the western region. The brazen mindlessness that heralded the process was like a public execution on the guillotine. In Adamawa, Nigeria’s democracy was publicity executed on the guillotine maned by a nefarious electoral umpire.The conduct of the man that read the result without the elections concluded was akin to a dog with rabies.Our democracy is now a joke and it will take an Herculean task to wash off this pig pit litter from us. Adamawa was the real election fascism, I am sure Mussolini will not be that rabid and illogical in his approach. The temerity of Madam Binana to read an acceptance speech for an election that was not concluded just re-iterated how low we have become in Nigeria.
The question is, Do we even have a heart at all?, Do we even want the best for our country at all? Sometimes, I don’t even want to espouse my internal questing on the Nigerian topic because i will be a billionaire if I am to count how many times my country breaks my heart.I must charge the leadership to speak up against evil and call out the perpetrators of this ridiculous Hogwart Hogwash called elections that happened in Adamawa.I just hope my brain selectively forgets this incident to keep my sanity,Justice must be done In Adamawa!
