Following Remo Stars unruly behaviour in match day 12 of the Nigeria Premier Football League against Gombe United, the hammer of Interim Management Committee (IMC) has fallen on Remo Stars.
The game which was played at the Remo Stars stadium in Ikenne last Sunday was abandoned after the first half because the centre referee who complained of assault from the home team refused to continue the game.
The league body subsequently decided on the matter and slashed 3 points and 3 goals from the club’s record.
The club has also been fined N1.25 million and the General Manager of the club, Ekene Adams banned from the league activities.
