People’s Democratic Party Presidential flag bearer, Atiku Abubakar, Wednesday visited former Military President, General Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida, in his hill top resident, Minna, Niger state.
It was said to be a private visit and Journalists were barred from getting close to the venue of the meeting.
Atiku was said to have arrived the Minna International Airport around 2pm with some of his top aides and were driven straight to the Uphill resident of the former Military President.
The two leaders went into a closed door meeting which lasted for over one hour.
Details of the discussion was not made public but our Correspondent reliably gathered that the visit may be an opportunity for the PDP Presidential Candidate, Atiku to brief General Babangida on the outcome of the election and seek for his opinion on the way forward
