The Supreme Court has validated the candidature of Uba Sani as Governorship Candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Kaduna State, in the 2023 poll.
The Appeals Were Filed By Former APC governorship aspirant, sani sha’aban who now holds the ticket on the platform of the action democratic party to contest the 2023 governorship poll in the state.
But Counsel for the APC, Sule Shu’aibu, in a statement released to newsmen said the apex court dismissed both appeals filed by Sha’aban against the governorship candidate of the party in the state, Uba Sani.
