A fresh lawsuit has been filed against embattled American rapper, Sean Diddy Combs popularly known as P Diddy.
The new lawsuit filed by one Tony Buzbee, a supposed counsel to the plaintiff alleged that the rapper drugged and raped a young musician who at the time was trying to earn a record deal.
The statement disclosed that the alleged incident occurred in November 2022.
The plaintiff, identified as John Doe, claims that he was approached by one of Diddy’s associates while playing guitar on the streets of Los Angeles, given a drink laced with drugs at a party hosted by Diddy, and was subsequently raped by the rapper.
The latest allegation comes on the backdrop of series of accusations by male victims who claimed the rapper drugged and raped them between 2019 and 2022.
Diddy who is facing charges bordering on sex trafficking and racketeering and has pleaded not guilty to the charges will have his trial commence on May 5, 2025.
