The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has suspended the Board of Trustees, BoT, chairman of the party, Chief Adolphus Wabara.
It was gathered that Wabara was suspended by the State Working Committee, SWC, of the party in Abia State.
According to report, the decision, was taken during a meeting presided over by the State Chairman, Abraham Amah.
This is however believed to be a continuation of the power play between loyalists of the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike and the PDP former presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
Wike’s man and former governor, Okezie Ikpeazu has firm control of the Abia PDP.
