Justice Robin Knowles of the Commercial Courts of England and Wales has ruled in favour of Nigeria in its $11bn arbitration case against Process & Industrial Developments (P&ID) Limited.
The judge held that that the multi-billion-dollar arbitration award against Nigeria was obtained by fraud.
