The Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Abimbola Owoade, has said that with the current corporate landscape, the emphasis on building strong and healthy relationships within the workforce cannot be overstated.
Oba Owoade made this assertion during a maiden meeting with the palace staff, held at his private residence at Boroboro area of Oyo town, yesterday.
This was disclosed in a statement released by the Director of Media and Publicity to the Alaafin, Bode Durojaye, in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, today.
The monarch said the relationship was pivotal not just for the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations but also for fostering an organisational culture that promotes long-term success.
