The Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Akeem Owoade has , admonished members of the public to ignore an online publication that he is in a royal supremacy battle with another traditional ruler, insisting that he is not in supremacy battle with any monarch.
He made this clarification in a statement issued by his Director of Media and Publicity, Bode Durojaiye, in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
Owoade described the anchor of the viral video as not only a pathological liar, but should be confined to the dungeon of eternity for being heartless in dishing out such lies.
The monarch further urged the people to disregard the malicious video and the fabricated anchor on Social Media.
