Soludo Wins APGA ticket as Political Parties Begin Primaries in Anambra Ahead Guber Poll

The All Progressives Congress (APC) primary has started in Anambra state in two different centres with 1,630 accredited delegates.

Meanwhile, The governor of the State, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, has been nominated as the flagbearer of his party, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) for the November 8, 2025 governorship election in the state.

The incumbent, who was returned unopposed, polled over 300 votes during the primary which held in Awka today.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has no aspirant while Dr George Moghalu is the only aspirant of the Labour Party(LP) with the withdrawal of his opponent, John Nwosu on Friday night
