The World Bank is set to approve new loans totaling $632 million for Nigeria on Monday.
According to information from the World Bank’s website, the financial support includes an $80 million loan for the accelerating nutrition results in nigeria 2.0 project and $552 million for the hope for quality basic education for all programme.
In addition to these new loans, the world bank had already approved a separate $500 million loan for Nigeria last Friday, supporting the country’s community action for resilience and economic stimulus programme.
These loans are part of a broader initiative by the world bank to strengthen Nigeria’s development strategy, focusing on healthcare, education, and community resilience.
