
Bundesliga Giant, Bayern Munich FC has confirmed that German international, Joshua Kimmich, has extended his contract with the club until June 30, 2029.
The 30 year old Kimmich has has been a key figure for both Bayern Munich and the German national team, winning eight Bundesliga titles, the UEFA Champions League, and the FIFA Club World Cup, among other honours.
Club CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen also highlighted Kimmich’s influence as a leader within the team and the national squad.
Kimmich, who has played 429 competitive games for Bayern since 2015, scoring 43 goals and providing 115 assists, expressed his satisfaction with the club’s environment and his ambition to achieve further success.
