President Bola Tinubu is meeting with the members of the Lagos State House of Assembly to resolve the leadership crisis that appears to have lingered despite the reinstatement of removed speaker, Mudashiru Obasa.
The Speaker, Mudashiru Obasa joined his colleagues who had arrived earlier in two coaster buses.
Recall that Obasa filed a case against former speaker, Mojisola Meranda, challenging the allegations that led to his initial removal as speaker, which include fraud, high-handedness, abuse of office, and gross misconduct.
The respondents in the suit are members of the state assembly and Meranda.
The court is set to hear all the matters on March 17.
