The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command says it has neutralised a notorious kidnapper, Dogo Saleh.

FCT Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, announced the development in a statement, hinting that Saleh Dogo with original name, Salisu Mohammed was a 21-year-old man from Baban Saural village, Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State,  was a notorious hitman for bandit leaders operating in Rijana Forest, Kaduna State.

Adeh noted that after the intense shootout, the Police recovered: An AK-47 rifle with a scratched-out breech number. One magazine with two rounds of 7.62mm live ammunition among other items.

The command assured residents that the command remains committed to eliminating threats to public safety in the FCT and neighbouring states.
