The Comptroller General of the Nigeria Customs Service, NCS, Bashir Adeniyi, said the service collected N6.1 trillion in revenue in 2024, a 90.4 percent increase from N3.2 trillion recorded in 2023.
C.G Adeniyi, disclosed this in a press conference in Abuja today.
Adeniyi noted that the service surpassed its 2024 revenue target of N5.07 trillion by 22 percent.
According to him, the Nigeria Customs Service recorded the highest revenue collection in October, when it collected N603 billion.
