The National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Abdullahi Ganduje, has appealed to Nigerians to be patient with the administration of President Bola Tinubu for the economic reforms he has embarked upon which have brought discomfort to many.
Ganduje said this in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Edwin Olofu, on the occasion of this year’s Christmas celebration.
On assumption of office as the President in 2023, the President announced two critical policies of petrol subsidy removal and unification of the exchange rate. These policies have since drove inflation in the country to the roof, causing hardship to many Nigerians who now struggle to feed well.
However, the former Kano State governor while calling for more patience in his message, noted that results of Tinubu’s reforms are already beginning to be seen.
