Nigerian Singer, Wizkid’s latest album, “Morayo”, has made a debut at number 98 on the Billboard 200 chart, selling an impressive 13,000 units in its first week.

A post by Chart Data via X revealed this on Monday.

“Morayo”, released on November 22nd, is a tribute to his late mother, Jane Dolapo Balogun, who passed away in August 2023.

Wizkid collaborated with talented artists like Asake, Brent Faiyaz, Jazmine Sullivan, Anaïs, and Tiakola on the album.

Recall his 2020 hit album “Made in Lagos” recently became the most-streamed Nigerian album on Apple Music, and it also earned RIAA gold certification in 2022 after selling over 500,000 copies in the United States.
