The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress(APC), Alhaji Abdulahi Ganduje has appealed to the leaders of the party in Ondo State to work together and ensure that the party wins the November 16 governorship election in the state.
Ganduje appealed at the South-West APC Governors’ Forum Stakeholders meeting on Sunday in Akure, the state capital.
The Akure meeting had in attendance the governors of Lagos, Ekiti, and the host Ondo; while the Ogun State governor was represented by the Secretary to the State Government, Tokunbo Talabi.
Addressing the gathering, the APC Chairman noted that he was encouraged by the number of party leaders in the state present at the meeting.
He urged them to put all that happened in the primary behind them and support the party’s candidate in the forthcoming governorship election.
