The Presidency has replied to reactions trailing the departure of President Bola Tinubu from the United Kingdom to France, saying the President is still on a two-week leave.
Recall Special Adviser to President Tinubu on Information and Strategy, Mr Bayo Onanuga, had in a statement on October 2, announced Tinubu’s departure for a two-week vacation.
However, in another development, President Tinubu departed the United Kingdom for Paris, France yesterday as reveled by The Special Assistant to the President on Political and other matters, Ibrahim Kabir Masari, via his verified X handle saying the President was expected to attend an important engagement.
Reacting to comments trailing the trip, Onanuga via his verified X handle said that the President is not restricted to the United Kingdom for his two-week leave noting that the President is free to go anywhere to observe his leave.
