The Nigerian Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO) has rewarded Mr. Auwal Dankode, a staff member who returned $10,000 he found while cleaning an Egypt Air aircraft in Kano.
Dankode, assigned to clean the plane at Malam Aminu Kano International Airport, discovered the money on seat 25H and immediately handed it over to the airline’s Station Manager.
To honor his integrity, NAHCO hosted Dankode at its Lagos headquarters, where the Group Managing Director, Indranil Gupta, announced a cash reward, an instant promotion, and his appointment as NAHCO Brand Ambassador.
Gupta praised Dankode for embodying NAHCO’s values of honesty and diligence.
Other top NAHCO officials, including the CFO and COO, also commended Dankode’s exemplary character and urged him to continue on the path of integrity.
