The Department of State Services says it is interrogating seven Polish nationals arrested in connection to the violent nationwide protest against hunger and hardship in Kano State.
This was revealed by DSS spokesperson, Peter Afunanya, during a meeting with members of the diplomatic corps chaired by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yusuf Tuggar.
Afunanya explained that the yet-to-be-named suspects were arrested as a result of their display of foreign flags in the North-West region.
Earlier, Tuggar warned that the government would not spare anyone found guilty of funding the protest both from within and outside the shores of the country.
