The United Arab Emirates has lifted the ban it placed on Nigerian Passport holders.
Nigerians can now obtain visas to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) effective today, July 15.
Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, made the announcement today at the Presidential Villa, stating that an agreement has been reached between the governments of Nigeria and the UAE.
Recall that the UAE imposed a blanket visa ban on Nigerians, October 2022 while Emirates Airlines suspended flight operations to Nigeria in November of the same year
