A building has collapsed in the Kuntau area of Gwale Local Government Area of Kano State, trapping a yet-to-be-identified number of workers.
At least 11 persons are believed to have been trapped under the rubble as first-hand search and rescue operation commences.
At least two have been rushed to the hospital by officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) while the rescue operation continues.
The total number of casualties is yet to be ascertained.
