The National Working Committee of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, says the ex parte order affirming the suspension of the party’s national chairman, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje by a Kano State High Court cannot be enforced.
This was stated by the national legal adviser of the party, Prof. Abdulkarim Kana who insisted that the judgement was obtained by fraud.
Kana said the ward executives would petition the National Judicial Council (NJC) to call the high court judge to order.
He remarked when the ward executives from Ganduje’s ward passed a vote of confidence on the chairman in Abuja during a solidarity visit to the former governor of Kano state in his office at APC headquarters.
