Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde has warned individuals who benefit from causing chaos and sowing discord to desist as there are no conflicts surrounding the Olubadan stool.
Makinde made these remarks while welcoming the Muslim faithful, including members of his cabinet to his Ikolaba residence in Ibadan.
Recall the Otun Balogun of Ibadanland, Oba Abimbola Ajibola distanced himself from his colleagues who endorsed the Olubadan-designate, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin, arguing that he was not fit.
Speaking about the issue, Makinde said he was yet to receive any official communication from the Olubadan-in-Council on nomination for the stool but reiterated that he would not tolerate division in the state along traditional lines.
