The Federal Controller of Works in Lagos, Olukorede Kesha has declared that repair activities on the Third Mainland Bridge will resume Thursday.
Kesha requested public cooperation, explaining that the closures are necessary to allow contractors conduct a thorough maintenance work.
Closures will direct morning traffic towards the island and afternoon traffic towards Oworonshoki. Kesha outlined alternative routes like the Ojota-Ikorodu-Eko Bridge route or the Jibowu-Yaba-Oyingbo route.
She also urged drivers to strategically plan trips and work with traffic personnel managing flow and reducing inconvenience.
