President Bola Tinubu has condoled with the government and people of Anambra state over the death of the former Anambra State Governor, Chukuwuemeka Ezeife.
In a statement by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, the President described Ezeife as a rare administrator and patrotic Nigerian who served the nation with his might in different capacities, while praying God to gran his family fortitude to bear the loss.
Meanwhile, Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, has expressed profound sadness over the death of the former Governor, noting that his wisdom and directives will be sorely missed, while charging politicians to leave an indelible mark in order to be part of the good part of history.
The late Ezeife is the Okwadike of Igbo-Ukwu, served as a political adviser to the former President Olusegun Obasanjo, a presidential aspirant and the first civilian governor of Anambra State from 1992 to 1993.
