Lagos state Governor, Babajide Sanwo-olu has reassured residents that his drive to create an enabling environment for business to thrive by constructing world standard roads and bridges will not diminish.

The governor stated this during an on-the-spot assessment to the ongoing brand-new Opebi Maryland Ojota Link Bridge Project by Odo Iya Alaro Bridge, noting that the speedy completion of such infrastructure will ease traffic flow and promote smooth economic activities.

The project which started on the 26th January 2022, is expected to reduce travel time for Lagos and Ikorodu bound traffic from Opebi, ease the traffic situation at Opebi – Sheraton Link Road and Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way.

The governor just returned from the climate summit in Dubai where he presented the phase two of the Lagos state climate adaptation and resilience plan to the global partners, appealing for international partnership and collaboration.
