Cooperate With Us to Rebuild Economy – Tinubu Tells German Chancellor

President Bola Tinubu, on Sunday, said he intends to transform governance in Nigeria with an ultimate goal of rebuilding the economy. 

Tinubu said this when he hosted the Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Olaf Scholz, and his entourage at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The President who admitted that his election by the Supreme Court last week Thursday, had removed distractions from his focus on moving the country forward sought the cooperation of his German counterpart on security, natural resources, education and democracy. 

Tinubu also welcomed the German leader’s involvement in diplomatic talks to resolvimg the coups situations in Niger Republic and Guinea. 

In his remarks, the German leader stressed his country’s commitment to democracy and the rule of law, while also emphasizing his country’s commitment to security and economic development of Nigeria.
