Legal luminary Afe Babalola has called on the government to have a rethink and invest in productive ventures in the university, stating that the level of decadence and unproductivity in Nigeria is a reflection of Nigeria’s value and reward system.
Speaking at the 11th Convocation of Afe Babalola university, the legal icon advocated a review of government policies in improving education, creating worthy and competitive environment for young Nigerians to thrive.
According to him, the nation lacks strong leadership and high-quality education which he said will propel the young generation into innovative thinking and national development.
