Lagos state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has announced the successful airlift and return of residents who went on pilgrimage to Jerusalem, Israel.
In a statement today, the governor appreciated the Ministry of Home Affairs for swift and precise action in ensuring the safe passage and evacuation of Lagosians on Pilgrimage, in the wake of attacks on Isreal by Hamaz.
Hamaz, an Islamic resistance movement unleashed planned attack on Israel on Saturday which led to the death of many and has escalated tensions in the region to a devastating height.
