The Federal Government has suspended N-Power programme indefinitely, noting several flaws within the scheme as the reason for the suspension.
Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Betta Edu in a televised interview stated a review of the program was necessary for record purpose and to improve the scheme.
Earlier, she said giving out food to Nigerians is not the final plan to alleviate suffering, describing it as a temporary arrangement which will be modified.
Recall that N-Power Program was introduced by the Muhammadu Buhari administration to combat youth unemployment and promote social development.
