French midfielder Paul Pogba is in limbo as the counter-analyses tests are confirmed to be positive for testosterone.

Recall Paul Pogba tested positive for testosterone after Juventus’ match against Udinese on August 20 but decided to carry out a counter-test to verify.

The 30-year-old will be judged by the national anti-doping tribunal and faces a punishment of two-years if found guilty, which might extend to even four, depending on the intentionality of the offence.

Juventus will now decide how to proceed with his contract as Pogba faces risk of long-term ban and a contract termination by the Italian side.
