Nigerian artist, Owodunni Ibrahim also known as Primeboy has denied receiving invitation from the police over the ongoing investigation into the death of late Ilerioluwa Aloba also known as Mohbad.

Speaking to newsmen after surrendering himself to the Police, Primeboy vehemently denied involvement in the death of MohBad while subtly suggesting that the late singer’s wife be investigated.

He said: “He (Mohbad) was trying to alight from the car when the issue between him and his wife heated up. But I stopped him, advising that it wasn’t safe for him to do so since Zlatan was still performing. He then told me to come down from the car. And I did.

“I could tell that he was badly hurt from the way he was reacting that day.

However, he called on the authorities to ensure justice prevails and those responsible for the death of Mohbad are apprehended.

Subsequently, Primeboy turned himself in after been declared wanted by the police over failure to honour its invitation in the ongoing investigation into the death of Mohbad.
