FIFA has confirmed that the 2030 World Cup will play the opening matches in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay, before it moves to Spain, Portugal and Morocco for the latter stages.
President of the body Gianni Infantino in a statement said in a divided world, FIFA and football will unite the nations with a six country, three continent world cup event.
According to him, the opening matches will be played in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay while the rest of the competition will be played in Morocco, Spain and Portugal
