Ogun Government Kick Starts Construction of 200 Housing Units in Iperu, Ikenne

The Ogun State Government has commenced the construction of 200 housing units in Iperu, Ikenne Local Government of the state.

In a statement by the Special Adviser on Housing, Jagunmolu Omoniyi, the housing estate, which is targeted at low and medium-level clients, will consist of 2-bedroom expandable bungalows

Omoniyi said the scheme will provide housing solutions to emerging Remo Zone Economic Hub and complement the state government’s investment in the Gateway Agro-Cargo Airport.

He also added that the project will boost the local economy as 5,000 artisans and over 50 service providers will be available on-site.

The project is expected to be completed in six months.
