PEPT JUDGEMENT: STATE OF THE SOUL OF NIGERIA

In the face of the naked INJUSTICE being LEGALIZED by institutions of the State and given a JUDICIAL seal of APPROVAL by corrupt judges, life becomes a REVOLTING existence for people of GOOD CONSCIENCE.
This is the state of our nation today; and this is the existence Nigerians are FORCED to experience henceforth.
So many have spoken and many more are speaking about it at home and all around the world.
There is nothing more to add; to what ALL sides- social and political- to the matter, KNOW as the TRUTH!
Just to add, though, that a people DECIDE their path to UNIVERSAL truth and precepts to PROTECT the INTEREST of ALL; young and old, man and woman, rich and poor, strong and weak.
It is for the SIMPLE reason that life is TRANSIENT; and power is EPHEMERAL.
You are young and vibrant today, tomorrow you will be old and frail; to DEFEND yourself against an oppressive action against you.
You are rich today, tomorrow, conditions ( human and natural) can crumble your wealth to zero.
Home Owners watch their properties destroyed by natural disasters; and as we see in Nigeria, bad government policies, CONCOCTED by VINDICTIVE and evil-minded individuals in power, can destroy your INVESTMENTS just by the stroke of the pen.
These premises are some of the fastest conditions that can make the strong weak and the rich poor.
Today, the immediate past CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele, who yesterday was GLEEFULLY punishing Nigerians with his FAKE naira redesign policies, among his MANY unforgivable ATROCITIES against the Nigerian people yesterday, is the one behind bars today.
I am wondering how those who are celebrating the CRIMINALLY conducted 2023 Elections and hailing its ENDORSEMENT by the Tsamani judicial Team will JUSTIFY their celebration to SANE minds beyond the shores of Nigeria.
For those big global business men such as Tony Elemelu, Otedola, Dangote and the rest at that level… how would they, for instance, EXPLAIN to international Journalists and DECENT-MINDED counterparts, say from Singapore, that what is happening in Nigeria is a good thing that ADVANCES the bounds of INTEGRITY and DIGNITY of a nation and a people…
Can they be COMFORTABLE in a room where DECENCY, NOBILITY, and DIGNITY of LEADERSHIP in a sociopolitical economy is being DISCUSSED?
How about our Professors, Sportsmen, Artistes and children privileged to earn a space in international contests… can these Nigerians beat their chest and PROUDLY defend the state of their nation, as it relates to INTEGRITY and DIGNITY of leadership?
Wole Soyinka’s Nobel prize gained GREATER relevance, over and above many of his Nobel Prize peers because of his robust intervention in the politics of his country, Nigeria.
Today, he is SILENT; but his BODY LANGUAGE is NOT; and we know its LOUD statement, does NOT reflect his pro democracy stand; back in the day; as we know it.
So, how COMFORTABLE and at PEACE he will be, DEFENDING the current state of democracy in his country, speaking to foreign Journalists especially, who promoted his pro democracy cause in his ANTI-ABACHA days, is what remains to be seen.
If the Tsamani Tribunal judgement is affirmed by the Supreme Court, it then means that…
- It will NO LONGER matter if your academic certificates are found to be FAKE.
So, you can take a potential Employer to court for DENYING or APPREHENDING you for the crime… Because, Nigeria’s judiciary now makes it your RIGHT to submit FAKE documents. - You can now be an EX-CON in a foreign land; and become Governor and President in Nigeria. It is already happening; some State Governors, former/serving, have documented records of their criminal CONVICTIONS in America especially.
- What should be a SIMPLE exercise of VOTING has now been made needlessly COMPLICATED by the Tsamani Tribunal.
Once you have the means, to SNATCH it, GRAB it and RUN with it through VIOLENT stealing of people’s LAWFUL votes, manipulate the figures, and you can get INEC to declare you the winner, the court will AFFIRM your FRAUDULENT victory.
My greatest wonder, in all of these, is that those who PRETENDED to speak truth against the INJUSTICE they are now justifying and celebrating today, just because they are the ones DISHING it out, are now COOL with it.
In a recent statement, immediate past Governor of Ekiti State, Kayode Fayemi DIMINISHED the Fuel Subsidy Protest that brought Nigeria to her knees under Goodluck Jonathan’s government, as a MERE POLITICAL game they played against that government, when his party was in opposition.
In other words, Fayemi and his political camp threw innocent and ignorant Nigerians onto the streets to protest N145 per litre of fuel; not because they are TRULY interested in the retention of the fuel subsidy, let alone a REDUCTION in fuel price.
But BECAUSE, it was POLITICALLY expedient and CONVENIENT to their PERSONAL agenda.
At over N600/liter, under their own government, Fayemi has UNEQUIVOCALLY affirmed that statement.
Should the SAME Nigerians, who stood against Jonathan’s government; just to REVERT fuel price from N145 back to the N87 per liter he inherited at the time, have the power to make a choice…
Which of the two governments does he believe Nigerians would prefer; between his own and Jonathan’s?
Most damaging, in the Tsamani judgement, is the fact that children may no longer see any justifiable reason to pursue their educational careers with the FERVOR and importance, our generation took our academic career.
Just as they all do, today, pursuing side careers in Yahoo Yahoo, Ritual money and Kidnapping, albeit in secret, they now have the JUSTIFICATION, in the Tsamani judgement, to INVEST their TIME and INTEREST in CRIMINAL ventures without FEAR of the Law.
Finally, with this judicial victory, this government has gotten the judicial seal it needs to continue its ANTI-PEOPLE policies packaged as ‘ needed but PAINFUL economic reforms ‘ as STAMPED by the demonic IMF and World bank.
Be prepared, therefore, to pay N1000 per liter of fuel this time next year and be ready to exchange over N1,000 to a dollar, soon.
To send a message to Nigerians, that this is the ERA for the UPGRADED version of BUSINESS AS USUAL, few hours after the Tsamani judgement, price of electricity prepaid meters was INCREASED from from N63k-N80k.
Nigerians wanted the new government to RELIEVE them of Mohammadu Buhari SATANIC attack on their existence and economy.
Buhari had DRAINED them to their very last BLOOD and BREATH.
So far, these last few months of this new government has only put their personal economy and existence on a further tailspin.
At over N600/liter, over N900/dollar, many are closing shop, many losing jobs, many more losing their homes, children dropping out of school, broken homes and marriages are now on the increase…
The ONLY group of people MAKING it in today’s Nigeria are…
Sycophants, Thugs, Certificate Forgers, Drug Lords, Scammers, Yahoo Yahoo and Yahoo plus, aka Money Ritualists among other criminals.
Unfortunately, these LAWLESS industries run by OUTLAWS feed on human flesh, heart and soul.
If they don’t come for you or yours directly, they will feed on you indirectly; through your family and friends. No one is SAFE or IMMUNE from their claws.
Is this the Nigeria that will now be our reality going forward?
Meanwhile, the international angle to this is not HELPFUL, in the least.
Thank God, for the coup and subsequent ongoing standoff in Niger, we now UNDERSTAND how America, France and the West IMPOSE criminal leaders, they can EASILY blackmail to do their evil BIDDING, on the people of Africa.
So, African people know today, they are on their own and their destinies- national and personal- are in their hands.
That is why the PEOPLE of Niger are the ONES who have taken it UPON themselves, to rid their land of MACRONIC French elements and interest (MACRONIC, my coinage, from the current French President’s Emmanuel Macron’s surname… lol).
Thanks to the internet, Nigerians can see similar FLAVORING of the so called democracy with an overdose of KAKISTOCRATIC syrup.
This is the state of our nation today.
It is a reality we must INTERROGATE now, if we must continue to LIVE at all; as a people, with God’s FACTORY-SET basic HUMANITY, dignity, as a people and as a nation.
