The minister of interior, Olubunmi Tunji Ojo has appreciated God for the safe return of Ondo state Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu after weeks of medical leave following an undisclosed illness.

In a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Alao Babatunde, Tunji Ojo stated that the return of the governor was not only a testament to his strength, resilience, and will, which the majority admire him for, but also a proof of God’s faithfulness in his life.

Meanwhile, Akeredolu on Friday, sent a letter to the state Assembly, officially informing it of his return and his plans to resume duty immediately.
