The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State, has slammed governor Ademola Adeleke for allegedly hoarding palliatives meant for the residents of the state.A chieftain of the opposition party, Adewale Bamigbade said the Governor has refused to distribute the palliative from the Federal government despite lamentation from every quarter.He stated that the current administration appears not to be sensitive to the plight of the people and is only interested in playing politics with the lives of those that elected them into office.
Reacting, the State Government in a statement denied allegations from the opposition party, describing it as misleading.
According to the Commissioner for Information and Public Enlightenment, Kolapo Alimi, the state is waiting for the second batch of the food item before distributing it, adding that it is working on a template to ensure all segment of the state benefitted.
