Southampton midfielder Romeo Lavia has decided to join Chelsea, over Liverpool.
Liverpool and Chelsea have been battling it out to sign the 19-year-old Belgian and he looks set to turn down Anfield to head to Stamford Bridge instead.
According to football expert, Fabrizio Romano, Lavia’s decison fellows Chelsea’s initial interest in the player last transfer window.
It is another huge blow for Jurgen Klopp’s side after Moises Caicedo did the exact same thing last week.
Meanwhile, Fabrizio also confirmed Moises Caicedo has completed medicals at Stamford bridge and is ready to be unveiled as a new Chelsea player.
