The Lagos State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of an official of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, with 4 Kilogrammes of illicit substance identified as Marsh-Mallow, on the Lagos/Abeokuta Expressway, Lagos.
Although the Lagos Police Spokesman, Benjamin Hundeyin confirmed the arrest, it was gathered that the official identified as Kelechi, confessed to be on his way to sell the substance which was given to him by a superior.
It was learnt that the official attached to NDLEA office, First Gate, Tin Can Island, Lagos had given the identity of the superior who is expected to be invited for further questioning.
