Abia State Government Bans Motorcycle In Capital, Metropolis

Abia State Governor Alex Otti has directed the ban on the operation of commercial motorcyclists better known as okada within the Umuahia and Aba metropolis.

In a statement through his Chief Press Secretary Kazie Uko, otti directed the immediate ban on the operation of commercial motorcyclists, otherwise known as Okada, within Umuahia, the State capital, and Aba Metropolis.

He also ordered security agencies to arrest any individual caught violating the order, for possible prosecution and impound the motorbike.
