The body of a yet-to-be-identified man who jumped into the lagoon in the Lekki-Ikoyi link bridge area of Lagos State has been recovered.
In a statement by the Head, Public Education of the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Services, Amodu Shakiru, the corpse was recovered today at about 9:15 am.
Recall search and rescue operation started on August 8, after an unknown man jumped into the lagoon.
The service said the deceased was found at the LASEMA end of the lagoon bank.
